Overview:

The purpose of this Development Code is to enable high quality, mixed use development on the Bison Tract through the use of a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The property is currently unzoned; therefore the PUD will constitute original zoning. The Regulating Plan and Development Code streamlines the entitlement and site planning process for end-users while outlining the desired form of development to a greater extent than simplistic land use and parking regulations. Development is regulated minimally by land use, but also by dimensional constraints (building heights, setbacks and floor area ratios) and parking ratios.
