This hacienda style Community Center is located in the heart of the living quarters of the ranch. Its purpose is to provide an alternative hangout and gathering area for the ranchers. Included are a kitchen and bistro, library, great room, game room, infirmary, nurse's office, and administrator's office. The wrap-around porch provides shaded outdoor seating and surrounds the main central courtyard which faces Northwest. A creek on the East side of the building captures stormwater and channels it around the building to prevent foundation damage.
